Top hotel with over 160 rooms in Cheshire requires an experienced Proactive Sales Manager to join their busy sales team. This field sales role (car provided) is based from the Cheshire property and is very proactive with the aim to achieve the revenue target in both business accommodation and conference sectors. You will have excellent skills in generating revenue, sales ability, business development and client relationship management. You will have good communication skills, be of smart apperance, confident and able to match at least 8 face to face appointments and 24 telesales calls per week. You will need experience in hospitality sales, so a background in a hotel sales environment is essential. You will be proactively developing new business for the site and liaising with other hotels in the group to place the new business. They need a customer focused individual who is also able to contribute to sales plans and attend meetings. This is a great opportunity to join a successful group who train and invest in their staff.
